Celebrate the Tulsa Foundation for Architecture at the second annual Skyline Soirée, an upscale crawl through skyline-view event spaces and rooftop terraces rarely open to the public. Guests will enjoy special after-hours access to some of the city’s most stunning private venues. This year we are highlighting the Tulsa Arts District, spending the evening at the 101 Archer, Tulsa Artist Fellowship, and several more walkable skyline venues revealed to guests on event day. All sponsorship levels gain access to the private Davenport Lofts rooftop event space and terrace!

EVENT ATTIRE: Guests are encouraged to dress in cocktail attire to celebrate TFA’s Skyline Soiree! Please keep in mind that this is a walking event between multiple buildings, so comfortable shoes are recommended. Some surfaces may be uneven, and outdoor terraces are part of the experience, so plan accordingly for weather. Light layers or a jacket may be useful for rooftop or open-air areas.
FOOD & DRINK: Each location will have a cash bar serving beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages as well as complimentary hors d'oeuvres. All general admission tickets include one complimentary drink ticket redeemable for beer or wine or a non-alcoholic option.
EVENT CHECK-IN: Check-in will occur at the 101 Archer Building. Just give the name your tickets are under when you arrive—no need to bring a printed or digital ticket.
EVENT PARKING: Parking is available throughout downtown. Street parking is free on weekdays after 5:00 pm. Rideshare is encouraged.
RIDESHARE & ACCOMMODATIONS: While the crawl is designed for walking between venues, we highly encourage Uber, Lyft, or other rideshare options for travel to and from the event. Overnight accommodations are available at nearby hotels as desired.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: Skyline Soirée is an indoor–outdoor event and will take place rain or shine. In the unlikely case of severe or unsafe weather, the event will be rescheduled. Ticketholders should proactively check Tulsa Foundation for Architecture’s Facebook page and watch their email for weather related updates or event changes, as phone customer service may not be available during weather events. Tickets are nonrefundable, but they are transferable and may be given to another guest if you are unable to attend the rescheduled date.
TICKET REFUNDS: All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not available, but tickets are transferable to another guest if you are unable to attend. Please contact us in advance to update the ticket holder’s name.
