As you make your way between two properties, you’ll experience breathtaking skyline views, unique architecture, and the vibrant energy of Tulsa’s city lights from vantage points few see.
In celebration of Celebrity Attractions production of Phantom of the Opera, enjoy performances of pieces from the musical by Tulsa Opera and a chance to win a pair of tickets to the show!

EVENT ATTIRE: Guests are encouraged to dress in cocktail attire to celebrate TFA MUSIC OF THE NIGHT! Please keep in mind that this is a walking event between multiple buildings, so comfortable shoes are recommended. Some surfaces may be uneven, and outdoor terraces are part of the experience, so plan accordingly for weather. Light layers or a jacket may be useful for rooftop or open-air areas.
FOOD & DRINK: Each location will have a cash bar serving beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages.
EVENT CHECK-IN: Check-in will occur at the Mayo Hotel. Just give the name your tickets are under when you arrive—no need to bring a printed or digital ticket.
EVENT PARKING: Parking is available throughout downtown. Street parking is free on weekdays after 5:00 pm. Rideshare is encouraged.
RIDESHARE & ACCOMMODATIONS: While the crawl is designed for walking between venues, we highly encourage Uber, Lyft, or other rideshare options for travel to and from the event. Overnight accommodations are available at nearby hotels as desired.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY: MUSIC OF THE NIGHT is an indoor–outdoor event and will take place rain or shine. In the unlikely case of severe or unsafe weather, the event will be rescheduled. Ticketholders should proactively check Tulsa Foundation for Architecture’s Facebook page and watch their email for weather related updates or event changes, as phone customer service may not be available during weather events. Tickets are nonrefundable, but they are transferable and may be given to another guest if you are unable to attend the rescheduled date.
TICKET REFUNDS: All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not available, but tickets are transferable to another guest if you are unable to attend. Please contact us in advance to update the ticket holder’s name.
