  • R. Kerr designed prefabricated porcelain filling stations for major oil companies at Dressler Engineering. He designed numerous schools and residences while working for L. I. Shurnway. His grandson, Practicing Tulsa architect Stephen E. Brown, AIA, was granted on special request Kerr’s original license number.
